Premier Estate

Premier estate is a prime development within the Elegushi axis of Lekki Pennisula. With 38 units of various architectural masterpieces, this was one of the most challenging yet exciting projects we’ve embarked upon. We deployed a whooping 500kva transformer to the estate as well as an automatically controlled streetlight system.
